At CertiFyr, we are committed to providing transparent and fair service policies. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be applicable for our ISO certification consultancy services.

📌 1. Refund Eligibility

  • Before Initiation of ISO Certification Process:
    If a client cancels the service before the start of the ISO certification process, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the total consultancy fee.

  • After Initiation of ISO Certification Process:
    Once the ISO certification process has been initiated (including activities such as gap analysis, documentation, training, or audit preparation), no refund will be applicable.

📌 2. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 60 working days from the date of cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or any mutually agreed method.

📌 3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing via email.

  • The date of cancellation will be considered from the date the written request is received.

📌 4. Important Notes

  • Any third-party costs (such as certification body fees, audit fees, or external charges) are non-refundable.

  • CertiFyr reserves the right to evaluate refund requests based on the stage of the project.
